FireLight by SaunaSpace combines radiant heat with incandescent red and near-infrared light to create a different kind of sauna experience.
Unlike simply sitting in a hot room, FireLight uses directional incandescent light and radiant heat, allowing you to position your body in relation to the light and pay attention to how your body responds.
FireLight may support relaxation, circulation, recovery, cellular function, and overall well-being. At SOMA Works, it is another tool that complements the work we already do through SOMA Training, SOMA Therapy, and ELDOA.
The SOMA Works Approach
More isn’t automatically better.
FireLight isn’t about seeing how long you can tolerate the heat. We begin conservatively and allow your body’s response to guide the experience.
The goal isn’t to tolerate more. The goal is to become better at noticing.
Come in. Settle in. Experience the light and heat. Notice how you feel.
There is nothing you need to accomplish.
Your FireLight Experience
FireLight is reserved in a private 30-minute appointment. Your actual time exposed to the light and heat may be shorter based on your experience and individual response.

Who Can Book
FireLight is an amenity exclusively for existing SOMA Works clients.
It is designed to complement your SOMA Works experience rather than operate as a stand-alone public sauna service.
Pricing
FireLight Session — $30
A private FireLight appointment.
FireLight Add-On — $20
Add FireLight before or after your scheduled SOMA Works private session or class.
FireLight Integration — $75/month
Includes four private FireLight appointments each month. Month-to-month. Unused sessions do not carry over.
A 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy applies.
