Is ELDOA a new technique?The method has been around since the 1970s and is gaining momentum as many sports teams have integrated it into their conditioning practices.

Is ELDOA just for athletes?Though we have seen the benefits in athletic performance, it has also been proven to benefit people of all walks of life.

Are there age limits?No matter your age or current activity level, we can help.

How long are the sessions?Each session is 50-minutes long. Though many of our clients have said it feels much shorter!

How often should I go?We recommend start with sessions twice a week, and you can taper off once you familiarize yourself with the poses.

Do the poses hurt?Although the poses can be challenging, they shouldn’t be painful. There might be some mild discomfort in the beginning, and we can provide adjustments.

What do I need to bring to my first session?Come prepared to move with loose fitting clothing and water. We will provide all the props you need.

When will I start experiencing results?Depending on your commitment, you could see results within the first couple sessions.

How is ELDOA different than regular stretching?The postures seem simplistic but require specific execution. Everyone has different postural needs and modifications may be necessary for each ELDOA.
