  • Is ELDOA a new technique?
    The method has been around since the 1970s and is gaining momentum as many sports teams have integrated it into their conditioning practices.
  • Is ELDOA just for athletes?
    Though we have seen the benefits in athletic performance, it has also been proven to benefit people of all walks of life.
  • Are there age limits?
    No matter your age or current activity level, we can help.
  • How long are the sessions?
    Each session is 50-minutes long. Though many of our clients have said it feels much shorter!
  • How often should I go?
    We recommend start with sessions twice a week, and you can taper off once you familiarize yourself with the poses.
  • Do the poses hurt?
    Although the poses can be challenging, they shouldn’t be painful. There might be some mild discomfort in the beginning, and we can provide adjustments.
  • What do I need to bring to my first session?
    Come prepared to move with loose fitting clothing and water. We will provide all the props you need.
  • When will I start experiencing results?
    Depending on your commitment, you could see results within the first couple sessions.
  • How is ELDOA different than regular stretching?
    The postures seem simplistic but require specific execution. Everyone has different postural needs and modifications may be necessary for each ELDOA.
